The BPI® Lens Finisher™ can finish, edge polish and place a safety bevel on CR-39® lenses It has a rounded-corner compact design, a removable particle tray and a safety shield. The pad area is engineered so that polishing compounds stay clear of the center shaft area. The on/off switch is located on the back. The heavy duty, 1/6th horsepower motor develops 1725 r.p.m. A special thermal motor protector signals an automatic shutoff device if it has been running for an extended period.
