A device for putting a thin film coating onto lenses and other substrates. This dip coater combines 2 gradient heads operated simultaneously from a single control box.  It is easily positioned behind a dip coating bath. When ordering, request Advanced Custom Computer Gradient programming module. One year warranty.
Based on gradient lens tinting technology, the instrument has a solid state control center separate from the gradient head. The motor drives the lens holder by means of a long screw for continuous motion. It dips a lens or other subtrate rapidly into the coating solution and then withdraws it at a constant programmable rate over a period up to 99 minutes, leaving a thin film coating.  One year warranty.
