BPI® Turbo Tinters™ tint high index, hard coats and polycarbonate lenses better and faster than conventional systems. The lenses are heated by IR light from the ceramic heating chambers. (Except BPI® Turbo 6™, which utilizes transfer fluid). This method of heating causes the surface of the lenses to be heated higher than boiling point allowing better and more even tint penetration. The tint is kept in constant motion by the automatic stirring mechanism. The computer maintains a steady temperature (± 2°) in each tank. Please call for pricing and availability.

The BPI Turbo 6 is a new system for tinting todays lenses. It features automatic solution mixing. Its method of heating the beakers prevents dye crystallization. The system uses BPI GL-77 heat transfer fluid. It is made of 100% stainless steel and is constructed from UL listed components (USA Underwriters Laboratory) and meets or exceeds the European CE standards.

Auto-Fill™

BPI® Auto-Fill™
The BPI® Auto-Fill™ automatically adds water to compensate for evaporation in your tinting tanks. It is designed to top off the fluid levels in the BPI® Turbo Tinter™ tanks.
The BPI Auto-Fill holds a half gallon of water which can be connected to up to four different tanks. The fill nozzle  includes a level sensor to detect the fluid level in the tank. Fluid is automatically added in small quantities to keep the tank fluid level constant and at the same  temperature.
